What Could Cause Persistent Glans Pain And A Sensation Of Something Dropping Inside The Penis For Over 6 Months?

I feel pains in my penis at the glans, and sometimes i feel that something is dropping inside the glans or head but nothing comes out. I have done all kind of test but i can t find anything . Over 6 months now everyday o experience such symptoms, please help me out Im really suffering
