What Could Cause Persistent Nighttime Watery Discharge Months After A Hysterectomy?

My wife got an hysterectomy on March 2018 .All test was done and it was ok .the sintoms for the surgery was heave watery discharge at night with fishy smell and light Browne colour..So after the operation is was not there for 1 week .But unfortunately it again started and this October 2018 it is still there.Now there is no smell or colour but it is happening 2 times at night .Now she is having ECOFLORA CAPSULES to stop this but no sintoms of stop is seen.What to do next please advice .Is this thing are serious issue?
