What Could Cause Persistent Yellow Eyes, Skin, And Itching While I Have Hepatitis A With Improving SGPT Levels?

Hello good noon ,doc I have hepatitis result hep a and my b result is non reactive. My eyes very yellow and also my face all my skin is yellow. My first consult of Sgpt is 212 and after two weeks another consult of my SGPT is now lower 137 than the first consult. I taking only food supplements NS Sop lecithin a vitamins and also ciprobay. And now I m only taking food supplement of the liver . Please help me why my eyes very yellow and also my face very very yellow whole mybody yellow. I m also itching all my body . Please help me what I can do next ?
