What Could Cause Prolonged Flu-like Symptoms, Nighttime Breathing Difficulty, Chest Pain When Coughing, And Now Tonsil Pain?

I have flu like symptoms but is been too long. Cough and feel hard to breath. Congested nose suffer from allergies but the allergies medicine seem to do nothing. Now at night time feels hard to breath I breathe thru mouth. But during the day I’m ok is just at night and morning. Stuffy nose very clear mucus watery eyes bet the chest pain doesn’t feel normal when I cough. Now my tonsils hurt.
