What Could Cause Prolonged Masturbation When My Right Testicle Becomes Sore, Sensitive, And Swollen, With Pain Lasting For Hours?

Hi. After masturbateing for a long period of time, my right testicle gets very sore. Sometimes the onset is even prior to climax. I honestly can t pinpoint the source of the pain because my whole right side is so sore right up into my abdomin. My testicle is extremely sensitive And feels heavy and like it s hanging lower. Sitting down is extremely painful as my testicle is the first thing to touch the seat. It reminds me of a bell when I walk as it moves like a pendulum while walking and hurts when it hits my leg then my pants. It seems like there is swelling but I don t know what is larger because it s too sore to touch. It has actually been so swollen that I thought I had another testicle. It hurts to hang but I seem to get some relief if I pull my scrotum up to lift my testicle and let it rest on my leg. It seems to last many hours or even a day, with acute pain relieved after couple hours. The duration of pain is correlated to the level of soreness. The more sore the longer it aches. As far as i can tell no redness on scrotum. Please advise.
