What Could Cause Radiating Headaches With Swelling In My Right Temple And Behind My Ear, Unrelieved By Ibuprofen Or Acetaminophen?

Hello, I ve had radiating headaches for over a week now. Going from my shoulders, neck, face, back of head, temples. Essentially all over. Ibuprofen, and acetaminophen arent really helping anymore. I noticed that my right temple is swollen in comparison to my left, and I just noticed that behind my ear is also swollen on my right side. Please help.
