What Could Cause Recurring Needle-like Pain In The Penis, Testicles, Abdomen, And Thighs?

Hi,l had unprotected sex like a month and a half ago,and since then l started feeling needle like pain in my interior of penis and then it went off for like 6days and then it came back but now l felt it it rondomly in my penis,testicles, stomach sides,and on my inside thighs and around my umblical code.Urine is clear and clean.No pain when urinating,no burning sensation,just needle like pains . Did all stls tests and HIV and all where negative. what could be the cause? What should l do? What medication should l take to get read of these? It is irritating
