What Could Cause Right Testicle, Abdominal, And Back Pain With Dark Yellow, Intermittent Urine Flow And Constipation?

I have pain In right testicle and going up to my right side tummy and back pain aswell from which the kidney area was place right side as well i was confuse ... the pain happen when I urge to pee when I finish my urine release the pain is gone but the pain in my back still there like dull pain ..... by the way the color of my pee is dark yellow and its like drop and stop and drop ..... pls advice what happen to me even I feel I have constipated
