What Could Cause Several Days Of Light Pink Discharge Instead Of A Heavy Period After Stopping Norethisterone?

Hi I was meant to come on my period a couple weeks ago but I took northisterone to delay it but I delayed it again after it tried to start a few days later after not taking any for a couple days I stopped taking them last week but I’ve only had pink discharge for like 4/5 days? Normally I get really heavy periods could you tell me what it could mean?
