What Could Cause Small Dot On Hair Follicle After Head Injury?

Hi. I hit my head really hard on accident on my left side, and now it hurts really bad. It's sort of a bruise. It's been a couple of hours and there's a small black dot now on one of my hair follicles. Is this internal bleeding, or just a bad bruise and will it heal on it's own?
