What Could Cause Small Red Dots And Dryness Around The Urinary Meatus Six Weeks Postpartum?

I have little red dots right around my urinary meatus. I tested negative for UTI and was treated with a prescription for yeast and that didn't help. I had a baby about 6 weeks ago. It's not overly sore down there, but it feels extra dry right there, almost uncomfortably and maybe very slightly itchy. What is it and what should I do? It's definitely not any kind of STD either, only ever had intercourse with one guy and I'm married to him! :)
