What Could Cause Sudden Bruising Pain Over My Nose With Headache, Given My History Of Rhinitis, Mild Allergies, And Recent Coronavirus?

Hello, yesterday I started having pain above my right nostril. I thought it was a pimple on the inside (that s happened before and the feeling was the same), however this morning the pain had spread to the bridge of my nose and I woke up with a decent headache. I m 42 and struggled for years with rhinitis, I also do have mild allergies but they ve NEVER given me this bruising feeling before - which is now all over my nose. No trauma to the area so it can t be that. I also got Covid in November which affected my sinuses the most, if that helps. Thoughts?
