What Could Cause Sudden Laryngitis With Sore Throat And Fatigue?

I developed laryngitis two days ago without having strained my voice, not having been exposed to smoke or allergens or having had a previous cold or flu. It just started with a sore throat, no cough. Now I have no voice at all, and feel extremely fatigued. What treatment suggestions do you have. Is it likely bacterial? Thanks.
