What Could Cause Sudden, Severe Pain And A Hot Fluid Sensation In The Lower Abdomen?

Recently I was driving when I felt some hot fluid burst in my lower abdomen right side. Along with it came excruciating severe pain. I was able to drive about a block and a half home and when getting home immediately managed to drop to the floor and call an ambulance. About 6 hours passed and none of the doctors orders were being fulfilled so I walked out. Till this day I have no idea what happened
