What Could Cause Sunken Spots And A Red Rash Above My Ankles At Bedtime Despite Wearing Support Hose For Varicose Veins?

What causes my legs to have sunken spots on area about 4inches. Above ankle at bedtime. I wear support hose for varicose veins all day and usually keep a red rash on lower legs. I am 81years old and female and take medicine for high blood pressure and digoxin and warfarin for a fib.
