What Could Cause Swollen Hands?

My daughter-in-law used 50/50 bleach and water on cleaning her fridge for mold. She used no gloves. Her hand is warm and a little swollen. Her finger tips have a couple of small red spots. Her nose inside is dry and hurt a little last night, but she saids it is better today. The amount of bleach and time she spent is scarry to me. How long before the total damage is known? How long should I keep monitoring her
