What Could Cause Throat Pain That Starts Only While Eating And Worsens With Each Swallow, But Goes Away Shortly After Stopping?
I m dealing with this really weird pain in my throat. It does not hurt when I wake up, it does not hurt throughout the day, and it doesn t hurt when I swallow a drink/or saliva. It begins to hurt when I start eating foot. The first couple swallows of food are fine, but the pain progressively gets worse with each swallow. I feel it mostly on the roof of my mouth and in my throat. I would compare the pain to sticking needles in my throat. The strangest thing is if I stop eating, the pain subsides and will be back to normal in around 20 minutes. Any idea what this could be?
