What Could Cause Trunk Itching, Mild Right Upper Abdominal Pain, And Mild Liver Enlargement?

Hi, I experienced itching on my trunk and mild pain in my right upper abdomen especially towards the back, I went for abdominal scan and it shows mild enlargement of the liver. It was suggested to go for hepatitis B and C which all turned non reactive. I am not having any jaundice. what could possibly be my problem?
