What Could Cause Visible Pulsation In The Suprasternal Notch Especially During 8 Months Of Pregnancy?

Hello doctors. Past few months, I have visible pulsation in suprastrenal notch right in the centre of collar bones. Got echo and ecg done , neck ultrasound done and it came normal. What could be the possible reasons ? Also I am 8 months pregnant. I am worried about this as this is not a normal phenomenon Ive noticed in anyone s neck.
