What Could Cause Vomiting, Severe Headaches And Acute Abdominal Pain During Menstruation?

Hi Doctor. So I had period pains before I went on my periods then on Monday I started with my periods with periods pains as usual then today its my last day of my periods but the pains are becoming severe, I ve been vomiting and having severe headache. What could be the problem?
