What Could Cause White Colored Bleeding After An Abortion Apart From A Loud Sound From The Stomach?

Hi,I did a medical abortion 3weeks ago,I bleed for just a day ,later I still feel movement in my stomach and went for scan after 2weeks it was confirmed the baby is still growing ,so I go for another medical abortion then I bleed for just a day then later with some white blood,and feeling loud sound in my stomach now is it normal
