What Could Cause Yellow-green Vaginal Discharge With Painful Bumps And Sores Despite Not Being Sexually Active?

I have been noticing yellowish green discharge that is quite thin and I have not noticed any drastic change in smell from my privates. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I did not have the luxury of taking a shower/clean myself on Sunday. Later half of Sun, I started noticing bumps along the sides and around my vaginal opening. Some are open wounds, some have a thin scab and some are just smooth. When the bumps come in contact with water, toilet paper or even sometimes pee, it stings. I am not sexually active too. Do advise what to do!
