What Could Causes Only One Day Of Bleeding, Persistent Metallic Taste, And Abdominal Pain After An Abortion?

Good evening from here sir I had an abortion of 3 weeks pregnancy about 3 days ago I bleeded for only that day and I do have metallic taste in my mouth before I had the abortion I still have the metallic taste it hasn t gone and the bleeding only stayed for a day also my abdomen the upper and lower is paining me pls I want to know what the reasons for all these is?
