What Could Constant Headache With Nose Bleeds Suggest?

I have a constant headache on my right temple for months. I have been prescribed glasses and received a root canal - which did not fix issue. I have recently had gushing nose bleeds over the last few days which I have not had a nose bleed for over 10 years. I had a CT scan which came back normal. Should I get an MRI?
