What Could Cramping Pain On Right Arm Indicate?

I am experiencing pain/cramping on my right arm. There is a mild pain that follows up to the right shoulder. If I look in the mirror , my right shoulder seems to slant downward somewhat. I just woke up with this. I don t know what I could have done to my shoulder.
