What Could Cramps In Body With Breast Tendeness Post Hysterectomy Indicate?

I had an hysterectomy about 3 years ago and I notice I m having cramping and Breast tenderness and I can t lay on my right side in the bed without it being uncomfortable...can you tell me what can be happening? Not to mention a lot of all over body stiffness.
