What Could Cyst On Ovaries Suggest?

hi iam 26 yrs old.i have regular periods of 28 days cycle.my marriage was done 1.5 yrs ago.but still i cant able to conceive.i go for checkup and my ultrasound report tell cyst on my left overy and right is normal.my weight is normal 48kg.what is my problem and can i conceive?
