What Could Dark Black Circle Under The Skin Of Nipple Mean?

I have a perfect dark black circle that appears to be just under the skin around the outside of my nipple(the inside of the circle is the same color as the rest of the nipple). I'm a 26 yr old female and have no idea as to what this might be and no medical insurance. Any ideas?
