What Could Dark Spots On Finger Tips Suggest?

I have tiny dark spots on my fingertips? They are very small. I didnt notice till after I woke up. I tried to wash my hands thinking I just got somthing on them, but after washing them twice with different soap they didnt go away or fade in color from washing them.
