What Could Delay In Periods With Follicles In Ovary Suggest?

hi im 26yrs married women from chennai. I have multilpe follicles in both my ovaries..i got my last period on May15th 2011.i also have irregular periods .till now i din got my periods? What will be the reason? is that im pregrant or some other reason?
