What Could Delayed Periods Wtih Fatigue, Nausea And HPT Negative Mean?

Hello

I was born with Hypothyroidism and I am 45 now. I was suppose to have my period the second week of February and it never came, and took a pregnancy test 3 times and they all said negative.

I have fatigue, indigestion and a bit of nausea when standing to long.

Can you help?
