What Could Dizzy Spells With Hot Flushes Suggest?

I am travelling.. I am 37 years old better then average health, active, i am a smoker haven't been sick or gone to a doctor in three years... I am experiencing light dizzy spells and mild hot flashes i haven't had my period in a couple months... i dont think i am pregnant.. what else could it be?
