What Could Dysplasia & Fibroids In Fallopian Tube Suggest?

hi just been diagnosed with dysplasia and i have a fibroid in the fallopian tube ive been given some pessaries and told to repeat smear test in 2 months time, should i be worried?
height 1.60, weight 67k
im 51 years and have had abnormal cells before about 20 years ago
