What Could Excess Bleeding Post Pregnancy Suggest?

Hello, I gave birth to my daughter 6 months ago. I was bleeding for about 1 month then stopped. I never got my period untill last month. I have been bleeding since Nov, 1 and still like that. At first i thought i was having my period but now its making me worried. could it be my period or sumthing else??
