What Could Excessive Underarm Sweating After A Miscarriage Indicate?

Hi I had miscarriage a month ago due to excessive bleeding that lasted for a month.I have been sweating every night my underarm pit won't stop sweating .do you know what can cause that?Im turning 34 next month weight 140 lb right now cause im trying to loose the pregnancy weight; heitgh5.2. i usually weght 126-128 lb.I could say that im a healthy women beside being anemic after having my second baby 4 years ago by C-section.
