What Could Extra Growth On Butt Region Suggest?

Hi i have something growing on my butt ist kinda right in between cheeks from my back down ,what could that be? and should i be worried about that,this happened to me 6 months ago and it was while i was sitting more than 5 hrs,and it hurts when i sit on wooden chair or on something that is not soft...any idea what is it?
