What Could Extra Skin On The Butt Hole Suggest?

Ok, this is really unconfortable to talk about. But, need some help. I have excess skin that at first looked like a pimple but now i've determined it's skin that is on the exterior of my butt hole. any suggestions if this is something i should be concerned about? i am also trying to get pregnant and havn't been able to and wondering if this might be the reason.
