What Could Extreme Blood Pressure On Ears With Cold Suggest?

Recently I started to feel my blood pressure in my right ear. This has been going on for a few weeks.Its the absolute worst when I am on the phone. I just recently had a cold, I wasnt very sick and had the cold about 10 days. I have not changed or added any meds recently. Nothing out of ordinary has happened except the cold.I am ready to call an ENT and make an appt. What does it sound like to you? Thanks, Arlene
