What Could Fatigue, Weak Muscles With Cooling Feeling In Abdomen And Neck Indicate?

For the past couple days I have felt fatigue. Muscle weakness and arms feel weak as well. I panic easily thinking something bad is wrong with me. I feel yucky in my upper chest, almost like a cooling feeing at bottom of the front of my neck and have a cooling feeling in my stomach. It s off and on in the day. Sometimes I start to feel better and then I have that overwhelming yucky/weak feeling all throughout my body. In October I had walking pneumonia and around Thanksgving I had a yeast infection.
