What Could Feeling Of Cold Inside Upper Back Indicate?

I am feeling cold inside my upper back, since 1996. I felt like there is an ice supporting my spinal cord. I have been to several doctors they could not see anything. Starting from last year 2014 Decembèr, I started drinking a spoon of blackstrap molasses In Cup of water and I felt like these ices In My Back are Melting Away but i am sneezing and coughing And Feeling Hot sometimes Cold at my back. Doctors do not know what this is. They have given me cold and flu medication but is not going away.
