What Could Feeling Of Tightness Over The Eyes With Blurry Vision Indicate?

Hi Dr John, Im sorry to disturb. there is this tight feeling over my eyes and it feels like my eyes are swollen but they are not... this feeling has been there for 2 days already. and it feels like there are sticky discharges in my eyes that blurs my vision which worsen after blinking. i tried rinsing my eyes with saline and even use eye drops, but that only helps for an hour, and the tightness and sticky discharges returns.. thank you for your time. :)
