What Could Fever And Muscular Pain Behind Knee Post Antibiotic Treatment Indicate?

hellow Doc i got fever about a month ago Actually I feel pain in muscle behind nee nothing more and a little weakness and then I checked my body temperature that is 100f and my legs are paining from 2 weeks before that. Then I go to doctor in my village he treated me as malaria patient and my body temperature become normal. Sir now my body temperature is low 98f and more pain in my legs from last 2 weeks . Yesterday I go for blood test and found that widal I positive upto TO 1.160 and TH 1.40. And Sir 3 year ago I m in same condition doc. Gave me 2 injection of antibiotic for a week and after that a typhoid vaccine. After that I m normal for 3 years . Now sir plz help me what should I do now . I m son of farmer and I have to do work hard. So plz tell me what to do now ..
