What Could Flem With Inflammed Tonsils In Children Suggest?

hi our daughter has been bringing up flem and feeling sick but only at school.Have asked her if there are any problems .but she said there wasnt looked at her tonsis tonight and didnt look red or ulcerated but the right one has piited holes in it.Also she seeps with her mouth open and takes ages to get to seep(she is 9)This has been going on for a while.We put it down to her trying it on ???Has i think a terrible diet ,unlike her sister.wont try anything.Dont know if its all connected but she got quite upset tonight.
