What Could Flu With Headache And Vomiting Suggest?

I had a heart attack a year and half ago ..... everything is fine and i am only on a aspirin with and ejection fraction of 54%. However, today i woke up wanting to vomit but couldn't and a mean mean head ache. could be the flu but my heart rate is 120 bpm when resting and usually it is about 80 resting. blood pressure is 95 over 70. Should i be concerned?
