What Could Fluid In Neck Near Collarbone And Jawline Suggest?

Hi i have woken up with fluid on my neck im scared because i dont know what this could be and its been hard to swollow even tho in the morning when i had a drink of water and ate toast it helped the throat problem alot im just scared about this liquid the liquid starts from the collarbone and to just a bit under the jawline last night tho i had amphetmines could that have something to do with it and should i be worried?
