What Could Follicular Measurements Of 21 And 22mm Suggest?

I am married 36 years old women. we are trying to concieve. I took one tab Stimufol .25 mg at night from the 3rd day for 5 days . My doctor told me to have follicle study this month from 7th day.Report shows follicular measurements 21mm and 22mm in rt ovary and 13mm in left ovary. Endometric thickness is normal. Now My Dr had told me to take Cetrorelix .25mg from day 8th to 4 days .Is there any major problem about the follicular study? How much time it will take to get pregnant?
