What Could Foreskin Pimples Discoloration With Penis Pain Be Due To?

hello, i am a 21 year old male. i recently discovered 3 very small pimple like white marks under my foreskin when it is fully pulled back. arround 2 weeks ago i had unprotected intercourse shortly after i had a pain arround my penis but i feel it was due to excessive use and lack of lubrication. now on there is no discomfort. i have searched the internet for possibilities to what it could be and the most likely i have found could be due to the excessive use and lack of cleaning immedietly after use. is there a possible identification to what these dots could be by the description which i have given you?
