What Could Frequent Incontinence In Passing Stools Indicate?

For past year I have had small bowel movements without idication or sensation that I have one until I saw it in my underwear. At that time it was only happening oncee or twice a week. It has gotten progressively worse to the point im wearing a pad a for the past 2weeks it has been daily aand continuously coming out nonstop. If im on the toilet I will use a whole roo to try to stop it and take 4 or 5 showers a day. Is this something very serious
