What Could Frequent Urination, Back Ache And Bloating With History Of Fibroids Indicate?

i have been having theses symptoms for a month and a half and scare to find out what this could be. im 40 y/0 with a history of fibroids( 10/2012 myometectomy) having symptoms of occassional headaches,post nasal drip,heigtened smell, nausea,hearburn, frequent urination,decreased appetite,flatulence,lower back ache and a tapping feeling in pelvic region. Help!
