What Could Green Discharge From Eyes And Rashes On Stomach In Children Suggest?

my daughter is 3 years old. A week ago I took her to the Dr. because she has a slight fever and a cough a runny nose and greenish colored stuff coming out of her eyes. A few daysago she started getting what looked like a rash on her stomach. Now its all over her frount back arms and legs and she is complaining of a bad stomach ache. What could this be?
